Have your hours of operation changed due to the pandemic?

Yes. We are open (curbside only) to the public on Fridays from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM and

Saturdays from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM. We will post special hours for holidays.

 

Can I come to the bakery?

The inside of our bakery is not open to the public; we are serving curbside only. We highly recommend that customers pre-order. In doing so you are more likely to receive the products you desire, otherwise, arriving the days we are open only guarantees you products we have available at the time you arrive.   

 

How can I place an order?

Please call the bakery at (205) 874-9880 and a team member will be happy to assist you. If you happen to reach our voicemail, please leave a message and a team member will respond within 24-48 hours. We also have ordering options through the WAITR app. Unfortunately, you are not able to order on our website.

Can I find your products anywhere else?

Yes. We have selected products in Cowboys 280 and the following Piggly Wiggly locations--

Clairmont, Crestline, Dunnavant, Homewood, McCalla, & River Run.

 

Do you ship?

Yes. We ask that you please call the bakery,  and a team member will be happy to assist you. Products and locations are limited for shipments.

 

Do you fulfill corporate orders/gifts?

Yes. We ask that you please call the bakery,  and a team member will be happy to assist you. Products and locations are limited to fulfill corporate orders/gifts.

 

How do I save a product if I am not ready to eat it?

All of our products freeze very well.

 

How long do the products last in my freezer?

Typically, 6+ months and they still taste amazing!

 

How do you recommend reheating the original sweet potato pie?

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Allow pie to become room temperature, and then place in the oven to bake for 15-30 minutes. Please keep an eye on the pie!

 

How do you recommend reheating the cobblers?

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Allow cobbler to become room temperature, and then place in the oven to bake for 30-45 minutes. Please keep an eye on the cobbler and remember that the thawing and baking times depend on the size of your cobbler (see below).

 

Small cobbler takes 1-2 hours to thaw.

Medium cobbler takes 3-6 hours to thaw.
